How To Solve BitDefender Threat Scanner Error

To apply this solution, open Google or any leading search engine and type “ BitDefender repair tool”. Before that, make sure that you know the bit version of the Operating System you are using. 

So, select the bit version and download the repair tool from any secure website. Then install the tool and follow the step by step instructions to fix the BitDefender threat scanner error message.

If you want built-in tools in Windows to repair the application, press Windows+R tabs to launch the Run dialog box. Thereafter, type “winver” and click “OK”. This will redirect you to the fixed patch based on the OS you are using.

  • Select the file and right-click on it to copy and then paste it in the Spybot folder. If the file is already present in it, replace it with the new file.

Next, download the executable file of Bitdefender from its official website. Go to the Downloads folder and double-click on the installer to install the application. 

If the application prompts you for downloading updates, update the application to get all the latest virus definitions.
