Solution 1- If the Computer data is Not Connected to any Third Party  Application then Follow the Given Points

  1. The first thing that you have to do is to log in as System Administrator
  2. Furthermore, navigate to the C drive and after that, tap on the Program data option.
  3. Then, choose Microsoft from the available options.
  4. Next, go to the Windows and thereafter click on the Start icon. 
  5. In addition, click on the Programs and from there navigate to the Startup menu.
  6. Now, search for the QuickBooks web connector error. Once found, then right-click on it.
  7. Lastly, tap on the Delete button.

Once you have deleted that file, after that, try to reopen the web connector without this error.

Solution 2- In case the Computer Data is Connected to Third Party Applications

In such conditions, follow the given direction.

Step 1

At first, log out from the QuickBooks account and close the Web browser. 

Step 2

Like the previous solution, move to the C drive and after that select the Program data. 

Furthermore, select the Input option. In addition, choose the QBWebConnector and thereafter try to log in to your account.

Step 3

Afterward, search for the QWCLOG. TXT option and rename the file to QWCLOGOLD.TXT.

It will reopen the Web Connector. Now, again restart your computer and reopen it.
