Ensure that you have chosen the Repair option for each version of the utility. Wait till the completion of the procedure. When finished, then, repeat the above steps for all the versions of the C++ package.

Next, right-click on the Command Prompt and choose Run as Administrator. 

Step 2

Enter the following command within the Command field. Don’t forget to press the Enter key after every command.

1st- ipconfig/flushdns

2nd-ipconfig/release

3rd- ipconfig/release6

4th- ipconfig/renew

Wait for some time and let the commands run. When finished, restart your computer and try to open the Warframe without this issue.

Solution 6: Run the Launcher as an Administrator

Some users have also claimed that after running the game’s launcher as an administrator, the problem can be resolved. In order to do so, at first, double-click on the Steam and open it.

Next, switch to the Libary section. Afterward, move to the top and locate the Library tab. Now, all the installed games will appear on the display. From there, locate the Warframe.

Thereafter, right-click on its entry and select Properties. Proceed to the Local Files tab and select Browse Local Files from the available options. 

On the next page, search and open the Tools folder. Here, you will see a file named Launcher or launcher.exc. Right-click on it and select Properties from the menu. Go to the Compatibility tab and select the ‘Run this program as an administrator’ option.

Solution 7: Rename the Game’s Cache

To reset the game’s cache, here are the steps that you need to follow.

Step 1

First, double-click on the Steam icon and open it. Then, switch to the Libary section that might present at the top-right corner of the Steam window.

Thereafter, locate the Warframe from the list of options. Afterward, right-click on its entry and choose Properties. Go to the Local Files tab and tap on the Browse Local files option.

Step 2

In case, you have used the standard client version of the Warframe, then you may have to manually locate the game’s installation folder. 

For that, simply, right-click on the game’s shortcut on the Desktop or anywhere else. Next, select the ‘Open file location’ from the menu.

Step 3

Now, inside the installation folder, search for the Cache Windows folder. Once found, right-click on it and select Rename.

Change the name to Cache, Windows or something else. Once done, click on Next. Reboot the system and this will surely fix the problem.
