  3. Now check whether the ‘Encryption Mode’ is set to ‘AES’.

  6. Now press and hold the network which is not connecting.

  9. Then provide the ‘password’ to connect it again.

By Turning The Mac Filter Off

To turn the Mac filter off follow the steps:

  1. At first, go to the ‘Router web interface’.
  2. Then select the tab ‘Security’.
  3. Now check whether the ‘Enable MAC Filter’ box is unchecked and the ‘Filter Mode’ is ‘Blacklisted’.
  4. Next, select the option ‘Save’ to save and continue.
  5. Now select and open the ‘Settings’ application on the Android phone.
  6. Then choose the ‘Wi-Fi’ from the list to open it.
  7. Now press and hold the network which is not connecting.

Assigning A Static IP Address

  1. Open the ‘Settings’ applications on the phone.
  2. Then select the option ‘Wi-Fi’ from the list.
  3. Now select and hold the network which is having the problem.
  4. Next select ‘Modify Network’.
  5. Now check if the box beside the ‘Show Advanced Options’ is checked.
  6. Then change the ‘IP settings’ to ‘Static’.
