  3. Next, navigate to System Event Notification Service and double click on it. 
  4. Thereafter, choose the Properties option and change the Startup type to Automatic. After that, close the current window to go back to the services window. 
  5. Here, right click on the service and choose Restart. Then, click on the Apply option and followed by the OK option. 

Lastly, reboot your device and check whether the error message still appears on your system or not.

  2. Next, you need to enter ‘cmd’ and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter keys simultaneously. 
  3. After that, a pop up will appear asking for Admin permission. Click on yes to continue.
  4. Next, type ‘netsh Winsock reset’ in the console and execute it by pressing the Enter key. 

Thereafter, restart your device and check whether the problem has been resolved or not.

  6. Before choosing the Apply option, assure that you set the Startup type to Automatic.
